Wabash County, IN (April 5, 2022)– Grow Wabash County is thrilled to welcome Madison
Waldon to the organization’s team as the Operations and Development Project Manager.
Madison is a Wabash native and graduated from Wabash High School in 2013. She studied
Human Development at Indiana University, while also performing with the university’s Singing
Hoosiers group.
Here in Wabash County, Madison continues to be heavily involved with the arts, taking the
stage many times as part of the Wabash Area Community Theater. She also stays involved
with Wabash Friends Church.
Prior to joining the Grow Wabash County team, Madison worked for the Bowen Center and
the Wabash County Prosecutor’s Office. Grow Wabash County is excited to see how Madison
is able to utilize her skills and professional experiences to better serve our investors and
business community.

As the Operations and Development Project Manager for Grow Wabash County, Madison will
run point on providing support and services to current investors while also recruiting new
businesses and organizations to invest in the ongoing efforts led by Grow Wabash County to
promote growth and prosperity in Wabash County. She will also oversee office organization
systems and handle daily administrative tasks that allow for the Grow Wabash County team to
work smoothly and efficiently.
