WABASH, Ind. – On February 15, 2019, a search warrant was conducted in the 900 block of Cottage Avenue in Wabash. Wabash Drug Task Force has concluded a month long narcotic related investigation. This investigation led to the a search warrant being served by members of the Wabash Drug Task Force, Wabash City Police, and Wabash County Sheriff’s Department. This investigation led to the preliminary arrest of William R. Rowland, 51, Wabash. Rowland was preliminarily arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine with the intent to distribute over 10 grams, Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession of Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia. June M. Thornsberry, 52, Wabash was preliminarily arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance. Both suspects are currently being held at Wabash County Jail on a 72 hour hold until the Wabash County Prosecutor files formal charges.
