WABASH, Ind. – Wabash City Police again participated in Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over enforcement period. This enforcement is a joint effort with over 230 Indiana Law Enforcement agencies to increase patrols and deter impaired driving. This enforcement campaign is supported with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration funds distributed by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute. Over a 25 day period, Wabash City Police increased enforcement issued 107 citations and made 11 criminal arrests. Our commitment to saving law and enforcing the law continues throughout the year.
