PERU,IN Monday evening, City of Peru Common Council held their regular meeting at City Hall. Several buildings in downtown Peru are starting to look much nicer for the shoppers. Miami County Economic Development Authority, Jim Tidd, Executive Director, approached the council about the Key Building Rehab Program,
The streets that need paved are being worked on at this time. Peru resident Donna Hines thanked everyone who was involved in paving her street that she lives on at the corner of North James and McKinstry streets. The City of Peru is looking fantastic, as the paving crew is doing an outstanding job for the patrons.
