WABASH, Ind. – Wabash Police responded to several burglaries at Abundant Life Properties located at 65 E. Hill Street in the past year. The burglaries were reported on September 30, 2019, and December 30, 2019. Both burglaries were caught on surveillance video at the property. This investigation was ongoing. With the assistance and cooperation of Abundant Life Properties a suspect was identified. The investigation led Wabash Police to a person of interest, Joshua E. Hueston. Wabash Police allege that Hueston confessed to both burglaries at Abundant Life Properties. Paperwork was forwarded to the Wabash County Prosecutor’s office. On January 17, 2020, Wabash Police served an arrest warrant on Joshua E. Hueston, 45, Wabash, on two counts of burglary and one count of possession of marijuana.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
