This from the City of Peru Mayor’s Office: IN- Per the Governor’s orders, utility shut off moratorium will expire after August 14th, so shut-offs can begin on August 15th. If you have past due bills, ask your utility company about getting started on a payment plan.
Eviction moratorium also ends after August 14th, and the Indiana state court system will be launching a free mediation program for landlords and tenants.
