Reminder that this Wednesday, April 14th is our
Kindergarten Round Up Clinic at LH Carpenter
10:00-1:30 and 4:00-7:00
Please bring your child’s birth certificate and immunization records with you. Your child will receive a free vision screening, free dental screening and have an opportunity to complete any needed shots for free as well. If you pre-registered, you should have received a letter in the mail with a form for a physical exam from your doctor. We will need that form completed as well. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday April 14th!
