WABASH, Ind. – Kristina Brown, age 28, from Wabash, Indiana, was convicted on May 31, 2017 in the Wabash Circuit Court following a two day jury trial. The jury found Ms. Brown guilty of two counts of Dealing in Cocaine. The case has been set for sentencing on June 26, 2017.
The allegations in the case were that on two separate occasions in 2015, Ms. Brown sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant at her residence located on Hill Street across from the Wabash City Park in Wabash, Indiana. The case was investigated by the Wabash County Drug Task Force.
Wabash County Prosecutor William C Hartley Jr. represented the State of Indiana and the Defendant was represented by Attorney Joe Lewis of Marion, Indiana.
