WABASH, Ind. – Wabash City Police is now accepting applications for probationary patrolman. An application may be picked up at the Wabash City Police Department between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All completed applications must be returned to the department by February 17, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. An applicant must be a United States Citizen, reside within the county in which the city is located or contiguous to the county (36-8-4-2), possess a high school diploma, not less than twenty-one years at time of appointment, and possess a valid Indiana Drivers License, no guilty violations except minor traffic violations.
