WABASH, IN- The following message is from Wabash City Schools Superintendent Dr. Amy Sivley:
The Wabash Middle School PTO 5K fundraiser will take place on Wednesday, October 12th with a rain date of Friday, October 14th.
This event serves as a fundraiser for the PTO. Instead of purchasing something, individuals were asked to make a donation, all of which goes to the PTO. This is a healthy way to raise money for the PTO.
Students have been using PE classes to prepare and train for this event. Wabash SRO Sam Hipskind will provide traffic control with WMS faculty also providing supervision along the route. This is a whole school effort. Good luck to the middle students as they tackle this 5K!
