Wabash Farmers Market will move to a new, temporary location August 20

WABASH, IN- In conjunction with the 23rd Annual Dave Kunkel Cruise-In and Summer Sidewalk Sales in Downtown Wabash, the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market will be held at a different location, spreading all activity throughout the downtown district. With more than 30 vendors at the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market, Paradise Spring Historical Park will provide family-friendly elements to the market with wide open grassy spaces from 8am to noon on Saturday, August 20, 2022.

Vendors at the market will feature handmade, homemade and homegrown items including fresh produce, meats, dairy products, homegoods, plants, arts and artisan wares. Financial assistance programs including SNAP, WIC and Senior Farmers Market Vouchers will be accepted at select vendor booths. Pets are always welcome at the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market and the campus is tobacco-free. Shoppers are invited to experience additional family-friendly offerings including a tractor ride, live music, food trucks, vendor demonstrations and more.

In addition to the Downtown Wabash Farmers Market, independent retailers in Downtown Wabash will feature shopping deals on special items and seasonal products including unique boutique clothing, food and drinks, books, antiques, thrifted vintage and more. Food trucks and mobile bars will also be serving food and beverages throughout the Downtown Wabash District in conjunction with the Dave Kunkel Cruise-In. Trolley No.85 will give free rides throughout Downtown Wabash on Saturday, Aug. 20 for easy transportation between all three events.
