Wabash City Police hire new Patrol Officer

WABASH, IN- On October 23, 2023, Mayor Scott Long swore in a new police officer for the City of Wabash. 

Charles “Cam” Sesco was sworn in as Wabash City Police Department’s newest officer. Officer Sesco was born and raised in Wabash County.  Officer Sesco is a 2018 Southwood High School Graduate.  Officer Sesco resides in Wabash County. Officer Sesco’s badge number is K152.

Officer Sesco is currently taking his mandatory forty-hour pre-basic course which is required by the State of Indiana to obtain arrest powers.  Once he has completed that he will be on patrol with another officer.  Officer Sesco will have to attend the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy within his first year.  The Wabash City Police are happy to have him on their team.
