ANDREWS, IN- A Project Learning Tree for Early Childhood workshop will be held at Salamonie Lake’s interpretive / nature center, July 8, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This free workshop is geared for teachers and families to use with children ages 1 – 6. Participants will receive ideas, instructions, and the guidebook Trees and Me.
Trees and Me contains hundreds of ideas for fun, easy-to-use, hands-on experiences to connect your children to nature, with a focus on trees and forests.
Registration deadline is July 5. Seating is limited. Reservations may be made by calling (260) 468-2127.
