PERU – Police say a 23-year-old woman who performed sex acts for men watching online attempted to get underage girls to expose themselves on a web camera.
Officers began investigating Melissa Elpers in August after two girls reported she was exposing herself to men via a web camera while they were at her house, according to a probable-cause affidavit.
The girls said Elpers encouraged them to also expose themselves, but they both declined.
The girls reported Elpers on at least three other occasions exposed herself and performed sex acts for men watching online while they were at her house. During each incident, she tried to get the girls to expose themselves, according to the affidavit.
They told investigators Elpers also offered them alcohol while they were at her house.
Elpers was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for two felony counts of performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor. She was incarcerated at the Miami County jail on a $10,000 bond.
