Peru Utilities Board Approves Tracker Filing for Electric Rates

PERU, Ind. – Peru Utilities Board voted unanimously to approve the 1st quarter of 2017 tracker filing for electric rates during their meeting on Wednesday.  If the Peru City Common Council approves the proposal a residential customer who uses an average amount of energy per month can expect to pay $3.83 LESS on their electric bill from January through March.  Peru Utilities Assistant Office Manager Kevin Shives says the average of energy is about 750 kill-a-watt-hour.
