PERU, Ind. – Thursday, November 10th, Peru Parks Board met at City Hall. Peru Municipal Golf Course will close November 20th, 620 season tickets were sold for the month of October. The Board and Pat Cox discussed how to get people form out of town to play golf at Muni. The Golf rates will stay the same for 2017, even though Muni will be losing four carts next year.
Peru Parks Department is starting to winterize the parks. The restrooms are being closed and the water is being shut off.
The Amphitheater was also discussed on how it should be used and if a cost should be in place in order to use it.
