WABASH,Indiana – A North Manchester man charged with attempted murder is set to change his plea to guilty in a Wabash court today at 1 pm. Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Wright is accused of attempted murder after allegedly shooting his great uncle, Terry Larry Lane, 56, North Manchester, in the face with a .22 caliber rifle after an apparent altercation on March 4, 2015.
The change of plea means that Wright will not face a jury trial. Before the change in plea, the trail date for Wright has been delayed at least three times.
