NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, around 2:08 pm, North Manchester Police Dispatch received a 911 call reference of a possible dead body located south of S. Maple Street at the edge of the Eel River. Officers located the deceased Michael F. Howard, 38, North Manchester. The cause of death is undetermined at this time. The North Manchester Police were assisted by Indiana State Police and the Wabash County Coroner.
