More Drug Arrests in Wabash County

WABASH COUNTY, Ind. – On May 22, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Wabash County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Cody Gibson, initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near C.R. 100 West and S.R. 114. Deputy Matt Cox, and his K-9 Oscar, arrived on scene to assist. After deployment of the K-9 a positive alert was made on the suspect vehicle. During a subsequent search of the vehicle a quantity of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Syringes, and a Stolen Handgun were recovered. The driver, Matthew T. Skeens, age 32, North Manchester, was incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail on preliminary charges of Dealing in a Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of a Handgun. A passenger, Courtney M. Adams, age 26, Elkhart, was incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail on preliminary charges of Aiding in Dealing a Controlled Substance, Visiting a Common Nuisance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Illegal Possession of a Syringe. All formal charges are pending review from Wabash County Prosecutor, Bill Hartley.

Assisting at the scene were Deputy Matt Cox and K-9 Oscar, Sergeant Eric Ryggs, Deputy Mat Galligan, and Deputy Ryan Short.

On May 23, 2017, at approximately 4:00 a.m., members of the Wabash County Sheriff’s Department, and the Wabash City Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located at 10101 North S.R. 15 in Wabash County. During the search of the residence a quantity of Methamphetamine, along with Drug Paraphernalia was recovered. Occupants of the residence were present at the time of the search warrant execution. Oscar L. Robinson II, age 36, Roann, was incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail on preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Neglect of a Dependent. Amanda J. Williams, age 34, Roann, was incarcerated in the Wabash County Jail on preliminary charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Neglect of a Dependent. All formal charges are pending review from Wabash County Prosecutor, Bill Harley.

Assisting at the scene were Sergeant Eric Ryggs, Deputy Ryan Short, Deputy Cody Gibson, Deputy Matt Cox, Deputy Mat Galligan, Deputy Scott Campbell, and Patrolman Aaron Snover of the Wabash City Police Department.
