Larry D. Earhart, age 75, of Andrews, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 10:29 am at his home. He was a carpenter working in construction for 20 years and then worked with the Amish, retiring in 2003. He was a member of Mission House Church.
Larry was born August 10, 1942, in Huntington County, the son of Ralph and Edith “Fern” (Garren) Earhart. On March 28, 1964 he married his beloved wife of 53 years Sally C. Cain in Anderson. She survives in Andrews. Also surviving are a son Jacky D. (Janie) Earhart of Huntington, a daughter Ellen M. (Rick) Wallace of Columbia City, a sister Mary (Donald) Flynn of Wabash, 8 grandchildren Diana Grisby, Kim (Doug) Tyler, Jesse Earhart, Sency (Jonathon) Amburgey, Tommy Wallace, Meliah (Kevin) Cox, Luke Wallace and Lance Wallace and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers Bill Earhart, Rex Earhart, Jim Earhart, Donald Earhart and Ronald Earhart.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 19 from 11:30 am- 1:30 pm preceding the 1:30 pm funeral service at Deal-Rice Funeral Home- Huntington Chapel. Entombment will follow in Gardens of Memory.
