On January 21st, 2021 the JEAN Team Drug Task Force arrested Timothy Ray
Moore, 36-year-old male. The JEAN Team Drug Task force, and Marion Police
Department conducted a traffic stop at 2nd and Butler Ave. while investigating the
distribution of drugs in the Grant County Area. Mr. Moore was found to possess
Marijuana and Cocaine during the investigation, both at the scene of the traffic
stop and at the Grant County Jail.
Mr. Moore was arrested for Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with
intent to deliver a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Marijuana a Class A
Misdemeanor.
The JEAN Team is submitting a case to the Grant County Prosecutors Office
for an Arrest Warrant for Mr. Moore for an additional charge of Conspiracy to
Deal Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug a Level 2 Felony stemming from a 2020
investigation.
Mr. Moore is currently out on bond for Level 2 Dealing in a Narcotic Drug,
Level 5 Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, Level 5 Dealing in Marijuana, Level 6
Maintaining a Common nuisance, and two counts of Level 6 Neglect of a
Dependent, 27D01-1603-F2-2.
