NORTH MANCHESTER,IN Funfest 45 kicks off this Wednesday Aug 10, with a birthday parade. Karen Fawcett, co-chair of the annual event says the committee is ready to get the festivities underway.
After the mini-parade there will be a family picnic for everyone. The Church of the Brethren will have free snow cones and face painting will be available.
Fawcett gave the reason for starting the five day festival off with mini-parade and kid’s activities.
