PERU, Ind. – The Peru State of the City Address was given Wednesday evening at City Hall. Mayor Gabe Greer opened by stating the city is moving forward with a unified vision of cleaning up the town, getting rid of blighted buildings, tackling the tough issues of the drug epidemic, and focusing on our downtown: Bringing people, entertainment, businesses, and jobs back to the heart of our community.
