PERU, IN- Elmwood Primary Learning Center in Peru is hosting its annual Kindergarten Screening. The dates and times for screening are Tuesday, April 14th from 8:30am-2pm and 5pm-7pm and Thursday, April 16th from 8:30am-2pmand 5pm-7pm. Please bring the following items with you for the screening:* The upcoming Kindergartener to be screened.* Official copy of Birth Certificate.* Child’s Social Security Card.* Immunization records.
Your Child must be 5 years old on or before August 1st, 2020.
