Crime Stoppers is asking the public to participate in Family Service Society’s Purple Thursday on October 24th.  October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  Make a statement by wearing purple in the honor of victims and support of survivors of domestic violence. 

Domestic violence affects millions, both women and men, of every race, religion, culture and status. On average, nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. 

Crime Stoppers pays up to a $1,000.00 cash reward for information that results in the arrest or indictment of persons who commit felony crimes.  You can report domestic violence to Crime Stoppers at 765-662-T.I.P.S that’s 765-662-8477.  The Crime Stoppers tip line is staffed 24 hours a day and tipsters remain anonymous!  You can also report domestic violence issues by going to www.p3tips.com.

Only direct anonymous callers to Grant County Crime Stoppers are eligible for a reward.  All persons presumed innocent until proven guilty.
