PERU,Indiana – Monday morning, the Miami County Commissioners met at the Courthouse. The board discussed moving Central Dispatch to the jail. Commissioner Larry West says this would be more efficient for everyone involved.
Also , Miami County Sheriff Tim Miller discussed the portable radio to the Commissioners.
Miami County Highway Dept. reviewed the four vendors and the Miami County Commissioners approved the vendors’ material bids, repairs, and maintenance of roads and bridges. The four vendors are: E & B Paving Inc., Pierceton Trucking Co. Inc., Marathon Petroleum Co. and Asphalt Materials Inc.
