WABASH, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that S.R. 13/Manchester Avenue, between Gillen Avenue and Gillen Street in the City of Wabash is scheduled to close on the morning of Monday, Oct. 23.
The city is working on Phase 2 of the sewer mitigation project.
The official state detour is U.S. 24 to S.R. 15, but access will be maintained to homes and businesses in the area. The work is anticipated to be completed by early November, weather permitting.
