WABASH, IN- Northfield Jr/Sr High School has announced their 2025 Valedictorian, Mr. Eli Bone, and Salutatorian, Miss Shelby Macy.
Eli Bone is the son of Sean and Stacey Bone. During his years at Northfield, Eli participated in Key Club, Superintendent Advisory Team, National Honor Society, Football Manager, and Golf, along with serving as a leader with the Wabash First United Methodist Church youth group. He really appreciated the tight-knit community at Northfield.
Eli plans to attend Butler University to pursue a Health Sciences degree.
Shelby Macy is the daughter of Curtis and Rebekah Macy. During her high school years, she was involved in 4-H, National Honor Society, Varsity Cheerleading, Student Council, Key Club, Crossroads Bank Junior Board of Directors, and CrossRoads Church at Westfield youth group, all while having a part-time job with Honeywell Arts & Entertainment.
This fall, Shelby plans to attend the University of Evansville to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Shelby stated, “What I appreciated most about Northfield were the meaningful relationships I built along the way and getting to spend those years with my sister.”
