Michael H. Robertson, 74, of Marion, passed away at 12:38 am on Monday, April 21, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Marion. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on April 16, 1951, to Howard and Ruby (Farthing) Robertson. He was married to Judith “Judy” Getz, and she survives.
Michael graduated from Marion High School and worked at General Motors, where he was an electrician for 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, Colts football, college basketball, bowling in several leagues, and playing basketball.
Survivors include his loving wife, Judith “Judy” Robertson of Marion; mother, Ruby E. Robertson; daughter, Alicia Nantz; sons, Joshua Robertson and Jacob (Kailee) Robertson; grandchildren, Brett (Jaci) Mitchell, Amber Mitchell, Kaylie (Jameal Nestark) Nantz, Drew Robertson, Brianna Robertson, Andrew Koors, Bella Robertson, Emry Robertson, and Hadley Robertson; and great-grandchildren, Ethan Vick, Gaige Mitchell, Evaley Longenecker, Ian Mitchell, Emmett Mitchell, Brynna Mitchell, and one soon-to-be great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father, Howard B. Robertson; daughter-in-law, Julie Koors; and sister, Joyce Black.
The family will receive visitors from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.
Immediately following the visitation, a service to celebrate Michael’s life will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jay Walter, Jr., officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park.
