LOUISVILLE, KY (WKRC) — This from local12.com: A 23-year-old woman is facing a murder charge after Kentucky police said she crashed a stolen vehicle while fleeing officers and one man died, reports WDRB+WAVE.

The Louisville Metro Police Department said the crash happened on Oct. 27 after they tried to stop JHonna'Kaye Parra of Cromwell, Indiana, who had reportedly been driving a car reported stolen from Peru, Indiana. Parra reportedly refused to stop and instead drove into the opposite lane at an intersection to pass a car stopped at a red light, trying to evade police. As she went through the intersection, police said she struck another car that had the green light.

The crash rotated the other car counter-clockwise, ejecting a man into the street. The vehicle then went through a chain-link fence and rolled over, coming to a stop in a parking lot.

The man who was ejected was critically injured and taken to a hospital, where he died two days later. His identity has not been released at this time.

Parra and a female passenger who had been with her were taken to the hospital with injuries. Another two people in the car were treated and released.

A judge set Parra's bond at $500,000 cash. She will return to court for a hearing next week. Parra was released from the hospital and arrested on charges of murder, assault, receiving stolen property, fleeing or evading police and criminal mischief. She was arraigned Tuesday and pleaded not guilty.
