Wilma V Burke, 75, of Peru, IN passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Aperion Care in Peru. Wilma was born in Whitesburg, KY on July 2, 1940 the daughter of Jesse and Carrie Huntsaker Stallard.
Wilma married Earl Burke on September 13, 1958 and he preceded her in death January 12, 2001.
She is survived by a son Jeffrey S. Burke, a sister Juanita and her husband Junior Browning, Peru, IN.
Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl, brothers Billy Stallard and Bert Stallard.
A service celebrating the life of Wilma V. Burke will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home, 84 W. Main Street, Peru, IN with Pastor Dwight Elliott officiating. Burial will be at Reyburn Cemetery, Peru, IN. Family and friends will gather from 9:00-11:00 AM, Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Eikenberry-Eddy Funeral Home.
