William H. “Bill” Kinsey, age 94, of Huntington, and formerly of Andrews, passed away Friday, August 11, 2017, at 12:40 pm at Tipton Place, Huntington. He served in the US Army in central Europe during WWII. He worked as a press operator at Wayne Metal.
Bill was born July 8, 1923, in White Hall, Michigan, the son of Henry Levi and Edith May (Divelbliss) Kinsey. On December 17, 1949, he married his beloved wife of 54 years Neomia Penn and she passed away September 12, 2004. He is survived by 3 step-daughters Roberta Pringle of Huntington, Judith Sinclair of Lexington, Kentucky, and Marcia Vanover of Lexington, Kentucky, 11 step-grandchildren and 29 step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by a step-daughter Shirley Kay Raver, 3 sisters Margaret, Katherine, and Myra Jean and 1 brother Albert Dean
There will be no services.
