Tracy Brian Bobo, 50, Marion, passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis at 4:03 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. He was born in Marion to Michael and Marilyn (Bailey) Bobo.
Following high school graduation, Tracy continued his education at Evangel College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. He worked in propane sales. Tracy previously attended Westside Assembly and Sunnycrest Baptist Church.
Tracy loved to play Bingo and watch sports. He also loved music and played drums along with other instruments. Tracy was known for being a great cook as well, and he enjoyed dancing. He was also known for his great sense of humor and his kind, compassionate heart. He greatly adored his family, kids, and friends.
He is survived by three children, Shaylynn Renee Bobo, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Shaden Michael Steven Bobo, Gas City, and Shawnee Rae Bobo, Gas City; sister, Angela Bobo, Marion; brother, Aaron Bobo, Indianapolis; parents, Michael (Marilyn) Bobo, Marion; and best friend, Beth Marshall.
Preceding him in death was his aunt, Sherri Young-Donaldson, and his uncle Sandy Bailey.
There will be a Celebration of Life service from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, August 13, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, 213 E. S. A St., Gas City, IN. All visitors are encouraged to bring a side dish to share.
