Tim Click, 55, was surrounded by his family when he passed at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2016, in his Gas City home. He was born in Marion, Indiana, to the late Arnold E. and Jean L. (Heal) Click. He married Anne Rogers on October 6, 1979, and she survives.

Tim was a 1979 graduate of Madison-Grant High School, where he played baseball and football. He was a 32-year letter carrier for the USPS in Marion and a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch #378, with which he held several offices including President.

Tim was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He loved fishing for Walleye and Crappie, and taking trips to Minnesota with family and friends. He was a sports enthusiast which included watching NASCAR, IU basketball, and the Colts and Packers. Tim loved to bowl, participate in men’s softball leagues, and coach youth baseball and soccer. He found great joy in watching his son and daughter play basketball, tennis, dancing, softball, and cross country. Tim was a very caring man, a one-of-a-kind guy, who deeply loved his wife and family and always put others first. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his loving wife, Anne, of 37 years; daughter, Ashley L. (James P.) Burns V, Grafton, West Virginia; son, Tyler J. Click, Indianapolis; grandson, James Patrick Burns VI; siblings, Paul (Vicki) Click, Sharen Greer, Arnie Click, Mike (Beth) Click, Gary (Brenda) Click, and Karen (Nancy) Click; mother-in-law, Linda A. Rogers; sister-in-law, Patti Morgan; 16 nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great-nephew.

Also preceding him in death were his grandson, Zachery Ramsey Burns; father-in-law, Robert D. Rogers; two nephews; and two brothers-in-law.

Visitation for Tim will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City.

Services to celebrate Tim’s life are at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at the funeral home with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Riverside Cemetery.
