SISTER ROSE ANN TRUDELL, OLVM, 89, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Saint Anne Community at Victory Noll, Huntington, IN.
Sister Rose Ann was born in Enosburg Falls, Vermont on January 28, 1928, to Isaac Trudell and May Annie (McGowan) Trudell
Sister Rose Ann entered the Congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on September 6, 1954, and made first vows on August 5, 1957. Sister Rose Ann’s early ministry was in catechetic in Michigan, California, and Utah. She spent 31 years working in Kansas City, Missouri where she worked with the elderly in home health. She retired from her ministry in Kansas City, Missouri in 2000 and returned to Victory Noll.
Sister Rose Ann is survived by several nieces and nephews along with her Victory Noll sisters with whom she shared life and ministry for 63 years.
She is preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Armand and Charles Trudell; and two sisters, Grace Jones and Jeannette Towle.
A Vigil Service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 9, 2017, at Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W Park Drive, Huntington, IN.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, with calling one hour prior to the Mass from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Archbishop Noll Memorial Chapel, on the Victory Noll Campus, Huntington, IN.
Burial will be at Victory Noll Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
