SISTER MARGARET URHAUSEN, OLVM, 95, resident of Victory Noll, passed away May 6, 2016 at the Holy Family Health Care Center at Victory Noll, Huntington, IN.
Sister Margaret was born in Chicago to Nicholas Urhausen and Nora Weber Urhausen on August 24, 1920. She is preceded in death by her parents and her three brothers: Emil, John and Nicholas Urhausen. She is survived by her nieces and nephews along with her Victory Noll sisters with whom she shared life and community for 75 years.
Sister Margaret entered the Congregation of Our Lady of Victory Missionary Sisters on October 30, 1940 and made first vows on August 5, 1943. She served in the missions in California, Michigan, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming and Indiana. She returned to Victory Noll in 1989.
A Vigil Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 9, 2016 with calling one hour prior to service from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W Park Drive, Huntington, IN.
Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2016, with calling one hour prior to the Mass from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Victory Noll Memorial Chapel, 1900 W Park Drive, Huntington IN.
Burial will be at Victory Noll Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
