Sandra Rivera passed away February 28, 2018 in Warsaw, Indiana at the age of 71. Sandra was born August 14, 1946 in Warsaw, Indiana to Cleon and Thelma (Johnson) Cox. She proudly served in the Army for 20 years before retiring in 1990.
Survivors include a daughter, Tesha and spouse Ricky Jeffcoat, Wagener, South Carolina;one granddaughter Brittany Isaac, Bunker Hill, Indiana; two sisters Diane and spouse Jerry Rosbrugh, Pierceton, Indiana and Gloria Parker and companion Richard Palmer, Warsaw, Indiana; also surviving are several nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. A private burial was held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley Street, North Manchester, Indiana.
