Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral services will immediately follow at 12 p.m. Wednesday at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Amos Rawley officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Ryan was born August 18, 1984 in Huntington, the son of Scott A. Chopson and Dawn Allyson Foraker. He graduated from Huntington North High School in 2002 and was a member of New Hope United Brethren in Christ Church in Huntington. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping.
Survivors include his father – Scott A. Chopson of Huntington; his mother – Dawn Allyson Foraker of Huntington; his stepfather – Rex Foraker of Joplin Missouri; his stepmother – Refa Chopson of Huntington; two half-sisters – Ashley L. (Nick) Dennis and Krystal D. Chopson, both of Huntington; two half-brothers – Brent A. Inskeep of Missouri and Scotty A. Chopson Jr. of Huntington; his grandmother – Michelle Smith of Huntington; a grandmother – Patricia Wilson of Huntington; a grandfather – Doug (Barbara) Chopson of Wabash; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
