Robert Brown, 69, died in his Gas City home at 4:17 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. He was born in Pennsylvania to the late Robert and Sara Jane Brown. He married Kim Brane on December 7, 1984, and she survives.
Robert received his Master’s Degree and was a Computer Operator with a school corporation in Florida. He attended Upland Christian Center and loved music. Robert especially loved his kids and grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Kim; sons, Timothy J. Brane and Aaron J. Brown; 10 grandchildren; brother, Thomas Brown; and sisters, Katie Morris and Fawn Advent.
In addition to his parents, preceding him in death was his daughter, Kristen Helton.
Visitation is from 12-1 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at Grant Memorial Park Chapel, 1606 W. 26th St., Marion, IN. Services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Paul Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Grant Memorial Park.
