Auburn – Rev. Dr. Paul Victor Burrus, age 59 went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 5, 2017. Beloved husband of Carie Burrus; father of Tiffany Branam (Jonathan) of Muncie, IN and Charity Burrus of Auburn, IN; son of Lowell and June (Edwards) Burrus of Peru, IN; brother of Julie Deniston (Steve) of Roann, IN and John Burrus (Tammy) of Denver, IN; loving grandfather of Josiah, Adrian, Judah, Samuel, Ezekiel and Esther. He was the Pastor of Corunna United Brethren in Christ Church and adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College. He was a counselor and pastor to many and was a living example of the light and love of Jesus Christ. He loved biking and hiking and took his children and grandchildren on many adventures in the great outdoors. Services will be 2 PM Saturday November 11, 2017 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN with Tim Grable officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn. Calling is Friday from 2 to 7 PM and also Saturday 1 hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home. Memorials can be given to the family c/o Carie Burrus.
