Peggy Smith-Binnion – April 20, 1958 – April 28, 2016
Another Angel was called home today, a woman who knew NO strangers.
Peggy Graduated from Marion High School and served in the US Army.
Peggy was born in Zanesville, OH to Rodney A (Dutch) Smith and Lonetta
Elaine Smith who preceded her in death. She married Richard Binnion on April
25, 1994. Peggy was also preceded in death by her brother Guy E. Smith and
her grandparents Leo and Opal Smith.
In addition to her Husband Rick, she leaves behind 6 daughters, Angela Smith,
Kelly (Gary) Hotsinpiller, Kim (David) Macke, Regina (Jay) Breeden and
Rachelle Binnion and Kathy Binnion who also preceded Peggy in death. Also
13 grand children – De’Aric Smith, Cortney Caldwell, Ce’Andra Jackson, Zarvon
Smith and Amarion Davis, Joshua Hotsinpiller, Jasmine Lewis, Zakia Lewis,
Monica Tinch, Jennifer Wyatt, Brandon McIntyre and 7 great grand children,
Christopher Greer, Cy’ree Scott-Jackson, Cy’auna Jackson and Londyn Jackson,
Ariel Warren, Larry Warren.
Peggy also leaves behind 1 sister, Teresea Black . She also leaves behind a
host of Nieces and Nephews and family and friends.
All of her grandkids loved their ‘Nana’.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2016 in Raven-Choate Funeral Home, 1202 W Kem Road, Marion, Indiana. Burial will take place in Thrailkill Cemetery, Swayzee, Indiana following the service.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m on Sunday, May 1, 2016 in the funeral home.
