Paul O. Kramer, 90, of Marion, IN, passed away at 10:20 AM on Friday, February 10, 2017 at his home in Marion, IN. He was born on Friday, April 30, 1926, in Germany. He married Betty M. Clark on Tuesday, January 1, 1944 in Grant County, IN; she passed away on January 20, 1998. Paul was a 1944 graduate of Van Buren High School. He was a produce manager from A&P in Marion for 38 years. He loved to hunt, fish in the Tippecanoe River and play cards, especially Poker. Paul collected cameras and enjoyed watching birds and IU basketball.
Survivors include: Daughter – Terry (Mark Reece) Stephenson, Van Buren, IN, Son – Rick (Donna) Kramer, Marion, IN, Daughter-in-law – Linda Kramer, Marion, IN, Grandchildren – Lisa (Marvin) Corey, Marion, IN, Tom (Karen) Stephenson, Marion, IN, Kelly Wright, Marion, IN, Corey (Gabe) Wagner, Marion, IN, Craig Kramer, Van Buren, IN, Chris Kramer, Marion, IN, 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 Gr. Gr. Grandson.
He was preceded in death by his: Father – Otto Kramer, Mother – Emilie Kramer, Wife – Betty M. (Clark) Kramer, Son – Paul O. Kramer, Jr. and Son in Law – Tom Stephenson.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Ferguson & Glancy Funeral Home 201 N Main Street Van Buren on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A service to celebrate Paul’s life will follow at 4:00 PM with Pastor Heath Jones officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
