Paul H. Weaver, 72, of Van Buren, IN, passed away at 11:17 AM on Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at Marion General Hospital in Marion, IN. He was born on Wednesday, August 02, 1944, in Noblesville, IN. He married Dianna J. (Bennett) Weaver on Sunday, February 19, 1967. Paul was a graduate of Walnut Grove High School. He retired from General Motors, Fisher Body in 2010 after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Fisher Body Sympathy club, United Auto Workers, Van Buren American Legion # 368, and the Indiana National Guard Tipton Unit. Paul was also a member of the Marion Bowling Association Hall of Fame, and the Grant County USBC where he served as Vice President.
Loving Survivors Include: Wife – Dianna J. (Bennett) Weaver, Van Buren, IN, Son – Todd A. Weaver, Hartford City, IN, Daughter – Chanda (Terry) Nail, Springhill, LA, 5 Grandchildren, Sister – Shelly Thomson, MI, and Brother – Eldon Weaver, FL.
He was preceded in death by his Father – Robert Weaver, and Mother – Rose (Schubert) Weaver.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Ferguson & Glancy Funeral Home 201 N Main Street Van Buren on Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
A service to celebrate Paul’s life will be at Ferguson & Glancy Funeral Home 201 N Main Street Van Buren at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 12, 2016 with Pastor Heath Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Grant Memorial Park in Marion.
