Paul Edward “Turtle” Sons, 48, passed away at 8:08 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at his residence.
Born February 13, 1968, in Peru, Indiana, he was the son of the late Rita K. Green. He was married to Stephanie Jean Sons, who preceded in death on January 19, 2007. He was then married to Crystal Lee Roberts on February 13, 2016, and she survives.
Paul worked for over twenty-eight years for Rochester Metals, and retired in October 2016.
He is survived by his wife Crystal Sons, Peru; two aunts, Mary Crabtree, Kentucky; and Rosie Southerland and husband Tom, Peru; two step-children, Amber Faulkerson and Amanda Heider, both of Michigan City, Indiana; and six step-grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held from 4-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.
Private burial will take place at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Denver, at a later date.
