Patricia L. “Pat” Johnson, 79 of St. Cloud, Florida and formerly of Warren, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at The Terrace of St. Cloud. She spent her early life raised on the family farm. At age 14, she met the love of her life, Jack. They were married at age 19 and shared adventurous years of marriage together. Immediately following graduation, Pat and Jack moved to Texas where she started a career in banking. Pat lived every day to the fullest and she expressed this to her children. She took pride in being a wonderful wife and loving mother. She loved spending time with family and was an excellent bowler, angler, and golfer. She also enjoyed cross stitch and painting. She traveled many places with her beloved and faithful husband, Jack by her side. Together they were a dynamite team.

Pat was born on April 26, 1936 in Warren, the daughter of Noble and Hattie Wesco.

She was united in marriage to Jon R. “Jack” Johnson. He preceded her in death on February 20, 2015.

Survivors include a son: Steven and his wife Liz; a daughter: Stacy and her husband Tim; a grandson: Hunter, three sisters: Juanita and her husband Mark, Barbara and her husband Jim, Wilma and her husband Kennard, two brothers: Wilbur and his wife Roxie, Dwight and his wife Conchita, and a brother-in-law: Darrell and his wife Marsha.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 12:00 pm following visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel.

Interment will be at the Lancaster Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made out toAlzheimer’s Association and to wear purple in an effort to show awareness and help find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
