Nancy Lee Shircliff, 72, of Peru, Indiana passed away in her home surrounded by her children on February 22, 2017 at 3:45 pm.
Nancy was born on July 8, 1944. Throughout her life, she enjoyed being a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Nancy also enjoyed sewing, dancing, baking, gardening, fishing and chopping wood.
She was preceded in death by her husband James (Jim) Shircliff and daughter Tracy Meehan. She is survived by a daughter Selene Anderson; 2 sons: Bill and Shelley Shircliff, and Scot and Kim Shircliff. Also, 7 grandchildren Nancy Ann and Lance Johnson, Cody Anderson, Amanda and Zack Pierce, Emily Shircliff, Ashlyn Shircliff, Kaelyn Shircliff, Mason Shircliff; four great grandchildren; two nephews: Richard and Cathy Clark, and Doug and Monica Clark. Also, 2 stepdaughters, 2 stepsons, 5 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana on Saturday February 25, 2017. Visitation will be between 9am and 11am with funeral service at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
