Michael Phillips Taylor, 62, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Michael was born on October 16, 1953 in Bremerton, Washington to James Taylor and Joan Phillips Taylor.
On August 28, 1976, Michael married Cindy J. Flagg in Peru, Indiana. She survives. Michael enjoyed many things including playing softball, hunting, attending bingo, and spending time with his family, he loved watching his grandkids play sports.
Surviving along with his wife, are his two sons, Dan Taylor (Kerri) Walton, and Dustin Taylor (Brittany) Peru. Grandchildren: Hayley, Owen, Huntley, and Jack Taylor, Austin, Madison, and Zach Woods.
Preceding Michael in death are his parents, James and Joan Phillips Taylor, and one sister, Michelle Hahn.
