Martelle D. Palmer, 93, of Warren, IN, passed away at 12:42 PM on Monday, July 03, 2017 at Heritage Pointe in Warren, IN. She was born on Tuesday, August 21, 1923, in Jackson Twp., Wells County, IN. Martelle had worked for Essex Wire in Van Buren for 7 years. She was a homemaker and also helped newborns and their families. She babysat and cleaned houses. Martelle devoted her life to help her parents.

Pearson, East Pieora, IL, Nephew – Mike (Amy) Palmer, Buford, GA, and several Great Nieces & Nephews and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her Father – LeLand Palmer, Mother – Belva Mae (Garrett) Palmer,
Brother – John Palmer, and Sister – Wilma Lacey Crouch.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be at the Van Buren Cemetery at 1:30 PM on Monday, July 10, 2017 with the Rev. Dewey Zent officiating. Interment will be in the Van Buren Cemetery in Van Buren.
