Mark A. Fields, 53, of Fairmount, Indiana died Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne after a motorcycle accident.
Mark was born in Muncie, Indiana on September 20, 1963, son of Leon Fields and Roseva D. (Stout) Peters. He attended Albany High School. Mark was a former semi driver but was currently a truck driver for the last 4 ½ years for Wimmer Lime Service. He attended Christian Bible Church in Marion. Mark loved life and had an outgoing personality that drew people in. He never met a stranger. He enjoyed working with his hands and building things, fishing, riding motorcycles, his 1961 Impala, and attending car shows and concerts.
Mark is survived by his father, Leon (Marieta) Fields, Albany, IN, mother Roseva D. Peters-Stout, New Carlile, IN, fiancee’ Tracy Carmine, Fairmount, IN, children; Ryan Fields, Fairmount, IN, Amanda Fields, Anderson, IN and Sarah (Richards) Clarks, Mississippi, Sasha Fields, Berne, IN, brother, Larry (Andee) Fields, Mishawaka, IN, sisters; Nancy (Jeff) Justice, and Linda Hardesty both of New Carlisle, IN, Step children; Angelique Carmine and Collin Hoskins, both of Fairmount, IN, Lemeck Gadd Jr., Upland, IN and Bethany (Travis) Bardonner, Middletown, IN, and grandchildren; Mazylynn, Milo, Adrianna, Haley, Layla, Sierra, Sophia and Lilly.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Fairmount Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremations Services, 415 S. Main Street, Fairmount, IN where the family will receive friends on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 3-7 PM followed by funeral service honoring Mark’s life at 7 PM with Pastor Wally Champion officiating.
