Hi All – Save the Date – You are invited!
We are hosting a mini-Eel River Arts Festival-type event at the newly renovated North Manchester Center for History.
The event will be on Saturday, March 10th. We’ll be celebrating Spring, the re-opening of the museum and Shop Local. This is a great way to ‘warm-up’ to art festival season!
So here is what we – The ‘We’ being the Manchester Main Street’s Promotion & Art/Eel River Arts Committee and The North Manchester Center for History – have put together:
- Saturday – open from 10-3pm – shop local
- set-up at 8am Saturday, with a Friday option available.
- Live music
- Children’s movie & crafts
- Light nibbles, coffee, cookies, etc.
- More to come – this is fun in progress!
This is a great opportunity to promote your art business, sell some fantastic gifts and help our town Shop Local and Celebrate Spring – Kick of shopping for Easter, Mom’s Day, Graduations and more
Attached is our basic application form for the event. This is an indoor event and space is limited, but we are very flexible and excited to try something new.
We are basing your “Booth Space” on standard table sizes (4×4 card table, 4×6 or 4×8 table). We’ll be placing these “Booth Spaces” throughout the museum. Which is lovely and recently remodeled. We are so proud of what the North Manchester Center for History has created and can’t wait to show it off!
You are not required to have a table, you can use your space as it works for you…easel, display rack, etc.
We are starting the event on Saturday at 10am with a set-up time of 7:30am. However, Friday set-up at the museum is an option if that would help you out. Call to reserve a time.
